Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
How We Handle And What Should You Do For The Return and Refund:
– Send us an email to [email protected] with the reason that you want to return the products
– Please remember to attached proof of purchase, pictures of the products that you receieved.
– It should take us 1 to 2 days to handle this and give you an reply, please be patient.
– If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days ( from 3 – 7 days).
– If the problem is from our end ( printing quality, damaged package, etc), we would ask for sending a replacement or issue you a refund immediately.

Note:
– If the reason is about printing quality, we do offer to send the replacement with NO cost, but the the choices is your, you can ask for a refund either a replacement.
– If the reason is about sizing, please check out the sizing chart, simply send us an email, we will exchange it for you.
– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– To return your product, you should contact us:[email protected] with subject [Return Request], we will guide you how to return the product, if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
